Because we have been fishermen in the Mediterrean for three generations, fishing is more than a job to us, it is a passion.
Our family company established in provence is so far the only French fish canning factory of the Mediterranean region.

located in Port Saint Louis du Rhône, half way between Marseille and Sète, our company has its own fishing equipment plant based less than 100 meters from our workshop.

This location added ton an expertise famous both in France and abroad, allows us to work all our fish in the best possible conditions of freshness with a permanent concern for quality : from their delivery to their packaging without forgetting their processing in our registered workshop.

A taste of authenticity, more than a slogan, it is truly our motto.

As a specialist of high quality sardins, FERRIGNO company offers both French and foreign customers looking for quality, authenticity and also originality, a wide range of sea producers, marketed under the "Lou Ferrignade" trademark.

"LOU FERRIGNADE" range which includes about thirty produces so far, is divided up into 4 main categories :

Tins : Mediterranean sardines and tuna, macherels and anchovies, shads,...

Ready-made dishes : rock fish soup, bisque of crab, bouillabaisse, tuna stewed with wine, ...

Sauces : tomato sauce with mussels, with anchovies, with fish, and mousses : salmon mousse, tuna mousse with herbs, macherel-in-white wine mousse, sardins with whisky mousse, anchoiade, tapenade, rouille,...

New produces  : fish couscous with vegetables, squides with brocoli inseafood sauce, squids cooked with wine.
